'Blue Lightning' (Floyd Dyer, R. 1983). Seedling D-150-79-D., R. SDB, height 12" (31 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards white with purple overlay; falls white with dark violet lines; golden beard; pronounced spicy fragrance. Seedling D-45-72D: ('Knick-Knack' x 'Plickadee') X seedling D-39-76-D: 'Dale Dennis' x 'Plickadee') x 'Knick-Knack' x 'Plickadee')). Dyer's Iris 1983
