2016, Spoon
'Blazing' (Ginny Spoon, R. 2015) Seedling 2011-G7BZ. SDB, 15" (38 cm), Late midseason bloom. Standards light russet (RHS 186C), darker (186B) center and base, domed; style arms same, light violet (86D) midribs, old gold edges, light blue (108D) stamens, laced crests; falls orange-red (N34A), ¹⁄₈” greyed-red (180C) borders, creamy white (155D) haft marks between orange-red (N34C) veins, semi-flared; beards orange (28C) ends grading to darkest orange (28A) deep in throat; ruffled.
