(SDB) 'Aunt Min'

1971, Galer

'Aunt Min' (George Galer, R. 1971). Seedling M-67-9-4., R. SDB, height 14.9" (37 cm), Midseason late bloom. Standards very dark purple (closest to RHS 79C); falls edged same with much deeper spot (79A only darker); deep blue-purple beard tipped brown deep in throat. B. Jones seedling M-131-10 (('Red Rocket' x seedling M-64 ('Daybreak' x I. pumila )) x seedling 25M (('Merry Maker' x ('Carpathia' x seedling C-46)) X 'Velvet Caper'. Galer 1972. High Commendation 1971.
