'April Elation' (Hooker Nichols, R. 1988). Seedling 8665A., R. SDB, height 14" (36 cm), Early to late bloom. Standards azure blue, deeper base; Falls azure blue; blue beard. 'Choral Music' X 'Mrs. Nate Rudolph' x 'Betty Emmons'). Hillcrest Iris 1989.
