How Is Your Club?

As a vital part of the American Iris Society, we would like to hear how your club is doing. I know many people do not like surveys, so we have tried to make this simple. Only 5 questions and we will tell you the questions and some of the answers beforehand.

1. What is the name of your club? None is an acceptable answer.
2. How is your club doing? (choose one of these answers)
   1. Awesome
   2. Above Average
   3. Good
   4. At Risk
   5. Defunct
   6. No Club
3. What are your criteria for question 2?
4. What help would you like from AIS?
5. Please add any other comments you wish to.

I guess the 5th one should be phrased as a question: 5.What else would you like to tell us?

More than one club? Please take the survey multiple times.

Are not in a club? Please take the survey and enter None for the first question. You are encouraged to tell us where you are in 4. or 5.; maybe we can help you find/create one.

Clubs: Please let your members know about this survey.
