1970, Ghio

'Aptos' (Joseph Ghio, R. 1970) Seedling #WN-6. CA, 7" (18 cm). Midseason bloom. Standards lavender; falls same with red-purple spot around yellow thumbprint. Several generations of line breeding of 'I. douglasiana' X 'I. innominata'. Bay View Gardens 1970. Honorable Mention 1971.
