'Lavender Doll' (Mary Louise Dunderman, R. 1973). Seedling #P297. MTB, 24" (61 cm), Midseason bloom. Pale red-violet (RHS 76C); falls red-violet (76B); light yellow beard. Seedling #L-960: (pink plicata seedling x orchid plicata seedling.) X 'Little Lucy'. Dunderman 1974. Honorable Mention 1975.

From AIS Bulletin #213 April 1974 Introducing LAVENDER DOLL: MTB, 24", M $7.50. Vigorous plant has many dainty lavender flowers. Lavender Doll is a sib of Carolyn Rose. (The rosy pink plicata MTB which was the fourth runner-up for the Franklin Cook Cup at the 1973 AIS Convention). Mary Louise Dunderman.
