2013, Black

'Huggable You' (Paul Black, R. 2013). Seedling #S228B. MTB (dip.), 25" (64 cm), Midseason to very late bloom. Standards white, palest violet wash over upper 1/3; style arms white, light violet crests and midribs; falls white, mid-violet plicata sanding and dotting, heavier towards edge, darker violet dart at end of beards; beards mid old gold in throat, light old gold in middle, light gold at ends; slight sweet fragrance. 'Bach Fugue' X 'Performer'. Mid-America 2013. Honorable Mention 2016.
