'Fairy King' (Paul Black, R. 2021). Seedling Y202C. MTB, 26" (66 cm), Midseason to late bloom. Standards white, washed light butter, mid gilt-gold lines overall and narrow band, light slate-violet midrib, white interior; style arms white, light yellow edge and crest; falls dark red-plum blend inward to dark red-violet, near black center, darker veins overall, white hafts lined and sanded dark plum, narrow mid dusky rose band; beard hairs based white, mid marigold in throat, light marigold in middle, pale violet ends; tetraploid; slight musky fragrance. Seedling V258C, 'Casual Attire' sibling X 'Casual Attire'. Mid-America 2021.
