Introduced by Plant Delights nursery see https://www.plantdelights.com/products/pardancanda-vanilla-frost; "(aka: Iris x norrisii) xPardancanda 'Vanilla Frost' is an exceptional selection of the bigeneric hybrid of iris kissin' cousins, pardanthopsis x belamcanda, shared by plant breeder Darrell Probst back in the 1990s. Because it is so slow to offset and doesn't seed, it's never been introduced to commerce until 2019. The basal fan of iris foliage is topped, starting for us in late June with 3' tall, sturdy, branched spikes, ending with a terminal floral show of pure white flowers, each with a prominent central yellow eye…a superb midsummer show in the sunny garden."
