O. David Niswonger, R. 2003). Seedling CS 1-99. SPEC-X (calsibe tet.), 24" (61 cm). Midseason bloom. Standards and style arms blue lavender; Falls darker blue lavender, near-white edge, yellow signal, veined; spathes burgundy, color extending down stem.

From AIS Bulletin #333 April 2004 Introducing COSMIC SYMPHONY (Niswonger'04) SpecX, CS 1-99: Silent Dreams X??. 24" (61 cms.), M. A tet Cal-Sibe originating from seed developed by Tomas Tamberg of Germany. It is a bluelavender approaching white near the edges of the falls with a yellow signal and venations leading into the color of the falls. No pollen. An interesting feature is the burgundy spathesthat extend to some extent down the stem. Likes more moisture than TBs and an acid soil with lots of humus. $30.00. Cape Iris. |
