■(MDB) 'Sky Caper'

1962, Warburton

'Sky Caper' ( Bee Warburton, R. 1962). Seedling #45BC509. MDB, 6" (15 cm). Very early bloom. Color Class-B1V, Pale purplish blue self, white beards. 'Fairy Flax' X seedling #AM-5 (blue pumila ). Warburton 1963. Honorable Mention 1964; Judges Choice 1965; Caparne Award 1968.

SKY CAPER: "One of the loveliest of the light blues, being a clear sky blue, slightly darker around the white beard. It is a bit lighter blue than NANCY MARIA, and both have wide rounded, flaring falls. 6 inches high." [Alta M.
