■(MDB) 'Shy'

2012, Spoon

'Shy' (Don Spoon, R. 2011). Seedling #2005-509TGR. MDB, 7½ (18 cm), 1 bud. Early to midseason bloom. Standards creamy white. Style arms creamy white with light old gold edges and laced crests. falls creamy white with violet blue (RHS 90A) spot with olive green hafts and maroon (174A) haft marks; beards white tipped orange red (31A) deepening in throat. Erect standards. Flared falls. Slightly ruffled. No fragrance. ('Sky Willow' X 'Moss Spot'). Winterberry 2012.
