1961, Brown 'Drop O' Blue' (Alta Brown, R. 1960). Seedling #D 109-4. MDB, height 5" (13 cm). Very early bloom. Light blue self; white beards. 'Hanselmayer' X 'Sea O Blue'. Brown's Iris Gardens 1961. Honorable Mention 1963. See below:
