1957, Welch

‘Bright Spring' (Walter Welch, R. 1956). Seedling #L-551. DB, 6" (15 cm). Early bloom. Standards white; falls bright yellow narrowly edged white; white beards. ‘Bouquet' X seedling #H-501: (Cook seedling #1546 x ‘Carpathia'). Welch 1957.
