1802, Authors -Waldstein & Kitaibel

'Arenaria' (Waldstein and Kitaibel). DB. Light yellow self. Collected in Hungary. Waldstein und Kitaibel 1802.

Note: The 1939 A.I.S. check list included this as an approved cultivar name for I. arenaria. Because I. arenaria was off and on considered a synonym of I. flavissima, hybrids involving the former were often recorded with the latter name substituted in parentage data. For additional pictures, see I. arenaria.
