Affiliate Resources
The American Iris Society has many local clubs throughout the United State and Canada. These are some of the resources available to help your club thrive. Please add other resources that you know of and let us know others that you think would be useful to have.
New clubs can be formed at any time of the year. Help forming a new club can be found
here. Existing clubs are renewed annually according to the following schedule.
Application Process Timeline:
January – March 15 – Affiliates complete the fillable Application for Affiliation form found on the AIS website. Information on membership expiry dates can be found on the Web Based Membership Lookup. Save the form and email it to your RVP. Payment is made by PayPal or by check mailed to the RVP with the form. Once your RVP receives the form the information will be verified and forwarded to the Affilate Chair.
March 15 – Deadline for affiliates to submit their application.
April 1 – Deadline for receipt of forms and payment by Affiliate Chair.
April 15 - Confirmation letters sent to affiliates.
