From AIS Bulletin #129, April 1953. Introducing SARA GLADNEY. (Roses and Wine x Peggy Mac). Featuring excellent campanulate form, flaring with overlapping segments pleasingly ruffled; self rose-wine in color; sturdy stalk, 32 inches; dark blue-green foliage. Conger 1953.
