| From University Hills Nursery catalog, 1962: MEMORY'S VALLEY (Davis, Reg. 1962)- Light lavender polychrome classed as Heliotrope (H. C. C. 636/2) with a darker shading toward the midrib and with violet veining. Chartreuse crest in a light field. Substance of flower is excellent. The form is distinctive with falls held horizontally and slightly twisted and cupped near the ends. The scapes of this rust free plant are 30". Midseason. $3.00. |
