From Sidney Conger Louisiana Iris catalog, 1952: JUNGLE GARDEN PINK. (Mcllhenny.) Unregistered though this variety be, it is still one of the best varieties in its class and deserves to be listed with the best. Originating before the days of the pinker pinks, this bitone orchid was outstanding for its color. Now, because of its grace, beauty of form, and substance, it takes its place beside the pedigreed with pride. A very satisfactory and floriferous variety. $2.50.
