'Fluviatilis' (
John Kunkel Small, R. 1932). Vinic; S3M; Standards paler than Falls, flushed white in claw with red-purple veining. Falls recurved, the claw whitish-green within, veined yellowish-green, the blade nearly rounded and frilled, violet veined darker around the orange-yellow crest--a deeper yellow blotch at base of crest, flecked and dotted lavender to reddish-violet, externally dull pale-violet. Style branches dull purplish, keel light green; Bot. Int. Irid. Pl, Gulf States 353. N.Y. 1932. [Collected Louisiana Iris]
