2006, Murray 'Ensign Blue' ( Myrtle Murray, deceased, by David Murray, R. 2005). Seedling 81/5/10. LA, 33" (85 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards moorish blue (HCC 739/2), pale yellow signals veined purple; style arms light green, parallel violet streaks, becoming pale yellow tinged violet; Falls methyl violet (39), triangular bright gold signals veined purple extending downward 1/3 length of petal; venation strongly prominent throughout; slight fragrance.
