From Sidney Conger Louisiana Iris catalog, 1951: CAROGINIA. (Reg. 1948). A decided bitone that has 6-inch flowers of campanulate form displayed on a 30-inch stalk. The almost orbicular sepals are deep cream heavily veined and splashed on the edge dahlia carmine. The petals are cameo pink. Mid-season. $7.50. |
