From Flowerfield catalog, 1939: White, crinkled, flushed lavender, with standards of bright soft violet. 30" $.60.
From Flowerfield Bulb Farms catalog 1955: YAMA YAMA. Also known as "Mountain Glacier." A conical white flower. The broad falls overlap at the haft and drape downward. Veined with mauve-blue, the color pales into the ruffled edges. The standards and styles are white flushed with mauve, forming a saucer-like "crater." Garden effect is white. Height 30 inches. Early bloom. Three $2.00, Doz. $6.75.
