'Reisyun' ( Hiroshi Shimizu by Clarence Mahan, R. 1994) JI (3 F.), 36" (91 cm), Early midseason bloom. Standards and style arms clear pink; Falls lighter clear pink veined darker pink, yellow signal with green overtones. "Ano-Otome" X "Togen". Iris Pond 1996. Honorable Mention 2003.

From AIS Bulletin #301 April 1996 Introducing REISYUN (Shimizu 96). This classically formed single (3 fall) Japanese iris is the most gorgeous clear pink imaginable, with the falls lighter than the standards and styles. Falls have darker pink veins. We believe it is the most beautiful pink Japanese iris now available. EC 1994 $50.00. The Iris Pond.
