From Marx Gardens catalog, 1955: BLUE ORCHID (Marx 1953) Each $3.00 A distinctive and enchanting selection that will stand out in any collection. The color is a bewitching shade of deep orchid. Selected for its depth of color we believe this introduction is darker than any other orchid variety. Wide segmented 8 inch flowers that come early and last throughout the season. Best planted in foreground as the height averages about 3 feet.
