(IB) 'Wings And Sky'

1994, Boswell

'Wings And Sky' (Carl Boswell, R. 1994). Seedling #3-84-3-I. IB. Height 18" (46 cm). Midseason bloom. Light lavender blue, falls with reddish brown hafts, blue halo; beards blue; slight sweet fragrance. 'Wing My Chimes' sibling: 'Puppet Baby' X 'Chapel Bells'. Adamgrove 1994.

From Adamgrove catalog, 1997: WINGS AND SKY (Boswell, 94) Light, soft lavender blue with a prominent display of cinnamon brown at the hafts. The falls also have a slightly darker halo of violet blue surrounding the beards. WINGS AND SKY does not share its sibling tendency to produce four-parted blossoms. Wing My Chimes sibling. $5.00
