Paul Black, R. 2009). Seedling #N237B. IB, 25" (64 cm), Late midseason bloom. Standards white, wide light violet-blue plicata band stitched darker toward center, light silver-grey rim; style arms very light violet-blue; falls white, greenish texture veins, narrow 1/2" light violet-blue plicata band, sparse dotting inside band; beards white tipped yellow gold; ruffled; pronounced spicy fragrance.

From Mid-America Garden catalog, 2009: PETITE CHARM (Black 09) IB Midseason Late 25” (63 cm). Petite Charm lives up to its name - small, delicately colored and perfectly proportioned flowers presented on slender show stalks. Icy blue white styles are displayed within white standards with wide pastel violet blue plicata bands delicately edged pale gray. Falls are greenish white with greenish texture veins and 3/8 inch wide pastel violet blue plicata bands. It is fertile and a lovely parent. Sdlg. N237B: Alberta Clipper X Silverberry. $22.50. |
