1954, Douglas 'Merry Maker' (Geddes Douglas, R. 1953). IB, 8" (20 cm) Late bloom. Deep magnolia purple self, bright orange beard. 'Minnie Colquitt' X pumila violet. Fairmount 1954. NOTE: Originally registered IB because it blooms during IB bloom season. Considered SDB because of height. See SDB 'Merry Maker'.
