1994, Bartlett

'Lemon Wine' (Cy Bartlett, R. 1994). Seedling #D/E-A1. IB, 20" (51 cm), Early midseason bloom. Clear light lemon, falls with burgundy thumbprint; beards yellow to orange; lightly waved and ruffled; slight sweet fragrance. ('Diligence' x 'Eyebright') X 'Arden' sibling. Sutton 1994.

From AIS Bulletin #293 April 1994 Introducing LEMON WINE (C Bartlett '94) IB 20" E. An IB with strong SDB characteristics and good form and branching. A clear clean bright yellow with burgundy thumbprint on F.; yellow to orange beards; ruffled. Very nice. (Diligence x Eyebright) X Arden sib. $15.00. Sutton's Green Thumber.
