From Bonnewitz catalog, 1923/24: JOHN FOSTER (Foster) $5. From the name of this Iris I would judge it to be very much worth while, but it has not yet bloomed in my garden. I do not advise its purchase now.
From Meadow Mountain Bulb Farm catalog 1931: JOHN FOSTER. Elegant small blooms of delicate milk-white. 16 ins. 3 for 60c., 10 for $1.75.
