Paul Black, R 2011 ) seedling #P152H. IB, 20" (51 cm), Early midseason bloom. Standards and style arms light violet-blue; falls same, narrow slightly darker band, sanded medium red-violet spot, darker over haft, plum throat, muted white veins beside beard; beards orange, white tipped orange at end; slight sweet fragrance.

From Mid-America Garden catalog, 2011: BIRDS AND BEES (Black ‘11) IB Early-Midseason 20” (51cm). Light violet standards top slightly darker violet falls accented by blended red violet spots. Blue white veins flank tangerine beards which terminate in small pale blue patches. Three totally different colored siblings are being introduced from this cross.
