1985, Jeffries

'Alpine Gold' (Robert Jeffries, R. 1981). Seedling #J69-D 12-D. IB, height 20" (51 cm), Late midseason bloom. Standards lemon yellow (Wilson 4/1); falls darker lemon yellow (5) with narrow band the color of standards; cadmium orange beard; lightly ruffled. 'Gleaming Gold' X seedling #J67-D2: (( 'Easter Holiday' x 'Brownie') x 'Grace Note'). Kansas Rainbow Garden 1985. Honorable Mention 1987.
