Archive of the Dwarf Iris Society Pubications
The Dwarf Iris Society (DIS) is an educational and scientific nonprofit organization. Founded by Walter Welch and associates in 1950 (as the Dwarf Iris Club), the society is now a Section of the American Iris Society. This Archive contains linked, those available, downloadbale/printable copies of the DIS publications up to 2019 to include Newsletters which were published multiple times a year, Portfolios which were an annual publication more like a magazine, Checklists which were published in 1955, 1960, 1975, 1988, and 2007, and a Beginner's Manual for the Dwarf hybridizer circa 1965. The publications are provided in groups in reverse chronological order, most recent first. Additionally, there is a Master List which provides links to each of the publications in a blended reverse chronological order. Below, there are jump links provided to take one directly to a specific group.

The Dwarf Iris Society Checklists
The Dwarf Iris Society produced checklists in 1955, 1961, 1975, 1988 and 2007. Only the 1961 version is currently available in the AIS Encyclopedia.
If there were errata sheets for any of the checklists they were added to the end of that checklist's scan.
