'Maroon Bells' (Tom Magee, R. 1975). Seedling #7051. BB, 27" (69 cm). Midseason bloom. Ruffled dark red-violet self; brown hafts; bronze beard. Seedling #67113B: ('Bang' x 'Martel') X 'Swahili'. Wedow Iris 1976. Exhibition Certificate 1974; Honorable Mention 1977, Judges’ Choice 1977, Judges’ Choice 1978, Award of Merit 1979.
