From Mid-America Garden catalog, 2005: FLEECE AS WHITE -TB, 25", (63 cm) Midseason. Mary's little lamb had Fleece As White as snow and so does this beautiful border bearded. Standards are stark white and falls a bit warmer white with cool greenish tint over the centers. Pale yellow beards don't detract from the cool beauty of this lightly ruffled creation. Three and four branches carry 9-12 buds. Everything is in well-proportioned BB style. You may notice the parentage links it to my small flowered tall bearded line via Dolce, making it a prime parent for BBs. Sdlg. I1448: ((Northern Jewel x ((Navy Waves x Bride's Halo) x sib)) x C.Palmer unknown aphylla seedling) X (Delicate Image sibling x Dazzling Jewel). $30.00. |
