1975, Bushey

'Desert Nomad' OG (Frank Bushey by Doris Foster, R. 1975). Oncogelia. Seedling 66-G11. AR (OH), height 14" (36 cm), Early to midseason bloom. Standards gray base finely veined garnet brown to maroon; maroon styles; fringed crests; falls gray base, garnet brown dotting around brown signal, maroon veining around border of falls; light bronze beard. Austin seedling W83-O ( I. atropurpurea x I. jordana ) X Kerr seedling 53-44: ( I. susiana x 'Andromache'). Aril Society, 1975.
