1990, McAllister

'Whirling Thunder' OGB (Sharon McAllister, R. 1990). Seedling 84-5-13. AB, 29.5" (75 cm), Early midseason bloom. Standards smoky violet (greyer than RHS 84A or 85A); Falls smoky purple (darker than 186B), ruby red (59A to 60A) signal; beards mustard. 'Gethsemane' X 'Ora J. Seale'. McAllister's Iris Gardens, 1992.
