1997, Ransom
'Tauris' OGB+ (Lawrence Ransom, R. 1996). Seedling 89/165-1. AB, 30" (76 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards blue white; style arms cream white, bluish upper rib, yellower lower rib and stigmatic lip; Falls blue white, small diffuse V-shaped gray purple signal below beard: beards golden yellow, tapered, beard tipped bronze, sweet fragrance. I. hoogiana X 'Tabriz'. Sibling to 'Urmia'. Iris au Trescols 1997.Note: Not to be confused with 'Taurus by Slamova. See below:
