'Syrian Scroll' OGB+ (Doris Foster, R. 1972). Seedling 71-36-9. AB (1/2+), Early to midseason bloom. Standards erythrite red, veined violet; rose violet and gold style arms; Falls light buff ground, completely covered with erythrite red dotting and violet veining; maroon signal; old gold beard. 'Turkish Tracery' X Holden seedling: ( I. gatesii x I. haynei ). Foster, 1972. Honorable Mention 1975.
