1970, Rogers
'Saracen Splendor' OGB ( Mark Rogers, R. 1967). Seedling 64-16-A. AB, 24" (61 cm), Early bloom. Standards bright clear yellow; midrib slightly darker; Falls slightly darker than Standards; large wine signal set off by lighter area surrounding gold beard; style arms golden yellow. 'Kalifa Baltis' X 'Imam Salah'. Sierra Vista Iris Gardens, 1970. Honorable Mention 1971.
