(AB) 'Red Rapport'
1971, Blomquist 'Red Rapport' RB (G. Blomquist, by L. Ray Leech, R. 1971). Seedling 64-441-A. AB, 18-24" (46-61 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards deep maroon red, delicately veined darker red to red black; falls deep maroon red, heavily veined darker red over white ground at hafts; heaviest veining from tip of bronze brown beard through center to edge blending to maroon red on bottom third. Seedling 598: ('Bang' x 'Savage') X I. korolkowii v. Brown and Green. Discovery Trail Iris Gardens, 1971. See below:
