From Milliken catalog 1948: MYOMY (C. G. White) (Oncobred) A real beauty without question. The medium sized flowers are white with edges veined and dotted with rosy purple. A sharply pointed dark purple signal patch at the end of the beard points downward into the clear white central part of the fall. The whole flower seems to have a pinkish tinge. 2 feet. $5.00.
From The Court Of Iris catalog, 1955: MY 0 MY (White '41) E 24" (Onco-bred). The medium sized white blossoms are veined and dotted at the edges with rosy purple. The falls which appear somewhat darker due to heavier veining are further enhanced by a pointed dark purple signal patch. $1.00
 
From Supplement To The Comprehensive Checklist of Aril and Arilbred Iris by Sharon McAllister, April 2000: MYOMY AB (Clarence G. White, R. 1941). Seedling# NIA. TMB, tall, E. Parentage unknown. AIS Color Class: W8L (white ground with light reddish feathering). Rainbow: "Petals white, faintly tinged pink, neatly edged with rosy heliotrope stitchings, deeper in the falls. Sharply pointed mulberry signal patch at end of yellow beard points downward into clear white central part of fall. Style crests frilled and lacinated, lilac rose." Vallette: "big round white, netted rose-lilac; very onco looking." No information on introduction found in AIS Checklists, Rainbow gives year of introduction as 1947. Notes: Counted as a 22-chromosome diploid, an OB in both systems. Ref: AIS '49, p. 172; ASI '76, p. 59; ASI '78 YB, p. 64; Vallette, p. 178.
