From Fleur De Lis Gardens catalog, 1964: KINDLY SKY Tomp.'63 M.L. 39 in. (Surrender x Consolation) x Dixie Doll) x Bamboo Belle. A richly colored plicata with two lines of aril breeding in it. White ground with rich dark violet blue border. Has the usual thick leathery Onco like substance and has nice form with domed, waved stands and semi-flaring falls so heavily ruffled they bring to mind the old crinkled ribbon type Christmas candy. Fertile both ways. 3.00
