From The Court Of Iris catalog, 1955: IB-PALL (Foster '11) E 24" (iberica X Pallida). A large light mulberry flower with a bright appearance. The black signal patch is however, rather small. $.50.

I iberica X I pallida. AIS Color Class: B7M (medium blue self with red undertones). '76 CL: Blue self, medium. Court of Iris: "A large light mulberry flower with a rather small black signal." Rainbow: "bright, light mulberry with small blackish signal." Vallette: "medium large purplish flower, small black signal." Foster, 1911.
