From The Court Of Iris catalog, 1955: HOOGSAN (Samuelson '47) EM 36" (Hoogiana X San Francisco). A larger, smoother Hoogiana. The delphinium blue blooms are strongly suggestive of its Regelia seed parent, but easier to grow and increases well. $1.00.
