1984, Boswell

'Green Eyed Sheba' OGB-/ABD (Carl Boswell, R. 1983). Seedling 238-72-6. AB (OGB-), 9" (23 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards smoky rose; Falls medium rosy maroon with brown overlay, green signal; orange beard tipped blue. ( 'Dear Love' x 'Chenik Aga') X ( 'Cherry Garden' x ( I. pumila x Rich aril (RC) seedling)). Boswell Iris 1984. Honorable Mention 1986; Mohr Award 1989.

From AIS Bulletin #253 April 1984 Introducing GREEN EYED SHEBA-AB-MEO, 9", Sdlg. 238-72-6. A little cutie with smoky rose stands. Falls are medium rosy maroon with brown overlay. Orange beards tipped blue protruding from a green eye. (Dear Love x Chenik Aga) X (Cherry Garden x (pumila x Rich aril (RC) sdlg.)). $10.00. Boswell Iris Garden.
