'Gideon's Lamp' OGB (Peter McGrath, R. 2004). Seedling McAB99-36B. AB, 24" (61 cm). Early midseason bloom. Standards white flushed yellow at base of midrib; style arms yellow with near white midrib; Falls white strongly washed bright yellow. Very intense yellow blaze surrounding a large brown chevron shaped signal; beards white tipped yellow; slight fragrance. Seedling McW-1-SY: ('Syrian Moon' x 'Onlooker') X seedling McAB93-30-UB-1: ('Onlooker' x Vossen seedling 9-22-2: ('Onlooker' x 'Pastel Lady')). Aril Society 2004. Honorable Mention 2007.
