1952, Tompkins

'Flamboyance' ( Chet Tompkins, R. 1952). EC, 36" (91 cm), Midseason bloom. Color Class-R5, TB-onco. Blend, mulberry-violet flushed rose, chocolate-brown haft. Sdlg.: ( 'Sonatine' x ( 'Veishea' x 'Copper River')) X 'Mulberry Rose'. Fleur de Lis 1952.

NOTE: Also listed in Tb web: 'Flamboyance'.

NOTE: This iris has not been accepted as an arilbred by the Aril Society International because it does not exhibit the aril characteristics necessary for ASI acceptance.
