'Desert Attire' OGB (Howard Shockey, deceased, by Irene Shockey, R. 1997). Seedling 92-112BB. AB, 24" (61 cm). Midseason bloom. Standards violet, darker small veining, deeper violet basal blush; style arms light yellow tan edges and crest, violet midrib; falls light tan, light rose violet shoulders, deeper blush on lower half of falls, large ruby signal with darker center; beards yellow, hairs tipped lighter. Seedling 90-112-BY: ('Seraph's Jewel' x 'Queen Sheba') X seedling 89-114-B: ((((seedling 70-105H: ('Stars Over Chicago' x 'Welcome Reward') 'Syrian Moon') x ('Heart Stealer' x seedling 179-105-C)) x 'Onlooker') x ((seedling 179-105C x 'Desert Princess') x ('Heart Stealer' x ('Heart Stealer' x 'Kalifa Gulnare')))).
